Professional
2011- Present: Aldine ISD – Dwight D. Eisenhower High School Aviation Technology Instructor.
Responsible for implementing/instructing a new aerospace and aviation curriculum focus designed to produce viable candidates for aviation and aerospace careers.
1998 –2011: Aldine ISD Career & Technical Education Program Director
Responsible for business and industry program development and improvement; liaison for workforce development, youth apprenticeship, internship and preceptor ship programs, including Tech Prep and School-to-Career skill specific courses.
1991 – 1998: Douglas MacArthur High School Technology Education Instructor/Department Chair/Tech Prep Coordinator
Responsible for approximately 32 staff members, planning, program development and Advisory Council, coordinated approximately 75 students in a pilot program for technical skill attainment and academic rigor/college prep. Instructor: CAD Drafting, Applied Physics and Manufacturing Technology.

Responsible for overall vision, mission and goals for a congregation of approximately 450; leadership development, spiritual enlightenment, community outreach, and religious education and training.
2004 – Present: Board Chair -The Olevia CDC, whose goals and missions are to remove blight from the community, youth education and job skill training, construction of supportive services, housing for 18 year olds aging out of foster care and cottages for senior citizens needing to downsize because of family or medical needs.
